Just insert a chew into middle hole on the holder and twist the chew so the it holds in place.

MAKE YOUR OWN CHEESE PUFF:
When your pup has enjoyed most of their Himalayan Dental Chew Holder, remove the small pieces from the holder (do not microwave the holder).
Soak it in warm water for five minutes then pat it dry and pop it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to make a cheesy puff for your pup to enjoy.
Allow the puff to cool for at least five minutes before giving it to your dog.
