Shipping and Delivery

We aim to pack your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods, such a Christmas, please allow up to 2 additional days for fulfilling your order. If this is the case, we will add a banner to the top of our website to let know you. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to process within the day where possible.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email notification that contains the tracking number and an estimated delivery time frame.

We offer flat rate standard shipping with Australia Post for $9.50 regardless of the size of your order. Free shipping is available for all orders over $130 within Australia.

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order within Australia depending on where you are located. All orders are send from Brisbane, Australia.

  • Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra: 3-7 business days
  • Metro Perth, Hobart, Adelaide and Northern Territory: 4-9 business days
  • Regional: 3-10 business days


Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery and order details are inputted correctly during checkout.  

If there is an error, please contact us on immediately and we will arrange for the delivery address to be updated. Unfortunately, we can't make any changes if your order has already been processed.

If an order delivery is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to the customer providing an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel from a post office, the order will incur an additional shipping fee and we will not be liable to refund the original shipping charges.

Please monitor your tracking for up to date notifications once you have received a shipment conformation email from us.
