Our holistic baked cookies are made with human grade ingredients packed with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Plus an ingredient list you can read and understand, which means no preservatives, wheat fillers or other nasties
Our meal enrichers are gently air-dried in small batches to lock in the inherent nutritious goodness of the single, high-protein meat. If your furry friend is a fussy eater or if you're simply looking to amp up their mealtime with high-value proteins, our enrichers are the perfect addition to your doggos mealtime.
Why human grade ingredients? We believe our furry friends deserve the very best ingredients, and animal grade ingredients don’t cut it! They’re usually lower quality offcuts of questionable origin that aren’t fit for human consumption and have lower amount of nutrients inside them.
All our products are low in sodium and fat to ensure they’re a healthy treat, especially for dogs with heart, kidney or pancreas conditions.
We make our cookies and meal enrichers in small batches in Brisbane using locally sourced ingredients (none of the nasty imported stuff that gets irradiated before coming into the country).
Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.50. Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $130.
Dispatch
We ship from our warehouse based in Queensland, Australia.
Once we receive your order, our team will move quickly to pack and send your chosen products and get them ready for shipping within 48 hours on business days.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your order dispatch.
Shipping Timeframe
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.
We ship via Australia Post and it takes between 2 to 6 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas.
Postage times may vary depending on location and time of year. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

Refund Policy & Change of Mind
We take pride in delivering a premium product to our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please email us at hello@thetreatery.com.au and we will provide you with further instructions.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

They love the little love heart treats and like the variety of flavours, they coming running everytime, and they are perfect to take out with us on adventures. The meal enricher has been a great addition to their main meals. We will definitely continue to order this one.

The baked biscuits are great everyday treats for dogs on a lower protein diet. They're small so work well with puzzle toys and training. My dog loves the flavours especially banana and peanut butter. The cat loves the chicken and beef liver supplements so this is a win win bundle.
