1. Prepare your ingredients and press into the Licky Pad using a spatula or spoon. Hide treats under the petals and on top of the leaves.

2. Place the Licky Pad on the floor and watch as your furry friend dives into a world of sensory exploration, using their natural instincts to forage and discover hidden treasures.

3. If your dog attempts to chew the pad, redirect their behaviour with a treat and motion to the centre of the pad. If this behaviour continues, remove the Snuffle Pad and try again after 15 minutes.

4. Once your dog or cat has learnt to lick the pad, you can add more food mix to the pad but keep away from the edges for the first few weeks to discourage chewing while they are learning.

5. Pick up the pad once they have finished and clean as per instructions.

Premium Quality Materials: Crafted with care, our Licky Pad is made from high-grade, pet-safe food grade silicone. Non slip base, however, this design has no suction cups on the base.

It's durable, machine-washable (top rack only), and built to withstand enthusiastic snuffling sessions. Alternatively, hand wash with warm water using mild detergent. Soak first for an easier clean.

No toy is indestructible and we recommend supervising your dog during play to ensure they do not consume any broken pieces of toys. Always remove toy if damaged.

Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.50. Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $130.

We ship from our warehouse based in Queensland, Australia.

Once we receive your order, our team will move quickly to pack and send your chosen products and get them ready for shipping within 48 hours on business days.

Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your order dispatch.

Shipping Timeframe
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.

We ship via Australia Post and it takes between 2 to 6 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas.

Postage times may vary depending on location and time of year. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

Refund Policy & Change of Mind
We take pride in delivering a premium product to our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please email us at hello@thetreatery.com.au and we will provide you with further instructions.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
