Snuffle Ball Enrichment

Step 1. Choose your dog’s favorite Treatery treats.

Step 2. Sprinkle, scatter, and tuck the treats into the soft ruffles and hidden layers of the Snuffle Ball.

Step 3. Show the Snuffle Ball to your dog and encourage them to sniff and nudge it to find the hidden treats.

Step 4. Always supervise your dog during play to ensure they don’t chew through the toy or swallow any parts.

Step 5. Once your dog has found all the treats, refill the Snuffle Ball for continued fun and stimulation.

Step 6. After play, clean if necessary, and dry in the shade before storing for next use.

Handmade using upcycled soft polar fleece, the Snuffle Ball is designed for durability with bite and tear-resistant material and double stitching to withstand regular play.

For care, cold hand wash and dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying or ironing to maintain the product’s quality.

No toy is indestructible, and we strongly recommend supervising your dog during play to prevent accidental ingestion of any broken pieces. Always inspect the toy before use and remove it immediately if damaged.

Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.50. Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $130.

Dispatch
We ship from our warehouse based in Queensland, Australia.

Once we receive your order, our team will move quickly to pack and send your chosen products and get them ready for shipping within 48 hours on business days.

Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your order dispatch.

Shipping Timeframe
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.

We ship via Australia Post and it takes between 2 to 6 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas.

Postage times may vary depending on location and time of year. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

Refund Policy & Change of Mind
We take pride in delivering a premium product to our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please email us at hello@thetreatery.com.au and we will provide you with further instructions.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
