Once we receive your order, our team will move quickly to pack and send your chosen products and get them ready for shipping within 48 hours on business days.

Shipping Timeframe
How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.
We ship via Australia Post and it takes between 2 to 6 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas.
Postage times may vary depending on location and time of year. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match its description, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
